- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Thank you UPS Lake Mary for the wonderful service today. A HUGE thank you to Jacqueline and Luis who were working today and made my visit so easy. I had 3 huge boxes to return with my baby in tow. Jacqueline was super friendly and helped entertain my child while I was getting return slips prepared. When I was unable to pull up a slip, they quickly guided me to the right place to find it. Both employees were helpful, friendly, and extremely patient with me. Thank you for a smooth, easy visit! - ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆I've had great experiences picking packages up here and mailing them off. The wait is never too long even if the line is. My only complaint is don't place the burden on customers to know what their package looks like for pickup. I get shipments from all over the country and UK and have no idea how my sender has packaged it. One of the girls gets peeved if you can't specify the package details.By ga P, February 25, 2017
