- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆After many months of positive service, I had an experience in which I waited in line for 15 minutes (one teller up front dealing with what was clearly a very complex transaction - several people sitting around in offices and one behind the counter). It was not until I had waited 15 minutes and the line was 6 people deep that the second person behind the counter was called to help in my simple deposit (2 minute transaction). Unfortunately after this experience I have limited my banking relationship with what was a very positive group.By Tres Gold, January 13, 2017
